I cut together some shots I storyboarded, prevised, and animated for Blizzard Animation's cinematic for World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King back in 2008. Arthas raises the dead Sindragosa who then powers up the entire undead army with a roar.
Animating is breathing life into the characters (and sometimes camera), i.e. making them move or not move. The final product is a massive team effort -- shout out to concept, C-dev, story, pipeline, tech, modeling, rig-sim, surfacing, lighting, compositing, FX, editing, directing, and any others I forgot to mention!
